Babu JinGang Qigong that Keeps us Healthy and Peaceful

Master Zhang has another practice, called “Babu Chang Shou Gong“. He suggested that one should practice Babu Jing Gang Gong during the day and then practice Babu Chang Shou Gong before sleep. 

Don’t worry about the language. Just observe the master’s movements and follow him as accurately as you could. It should be fine!
